Calorie and macro targets (Mifflin–St Jeor), menu rankings, and restaurant numbers are estimates. Official chain PDFs and USDA typical values can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm allergens and ingredients with the restaurant. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Apple Health is optional and read-only in this version so leftover macros can match workouts and scale weight. Location is When In Use, only to pin official US chains on the OpenStreetMap map; coordinates are not uploaded. The camera reads packaged-food barcodes for USDA / Open Food Facts Nutrition Facts; photos are not stored.
Imported menus come from each brand’s own US nutrition PDF or official calculator page. Official menus, ranking what still fits, nearby search, and barcode lookup are free; they are not a premium feature.
Premium is an auto-renewing App Store subscription on iPhone (yearly diet_app_premium_yearly $79.99/yr / monthly diet_app_premium_monthly $9.99/mo). New Apple IDs get 7 days of Premium free. After the trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID. The trial and subscription auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the trial or the period. One free trial per Apple ID. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The website sells the same Premium through Stripe with 7 days free on first checkout ($79.99/yr or $9.99/mo); manage that billing in the Stripe customer portal. Do not pay twice for the same period.
You can use the app without an account. Cloud backup and website Stripe checkout require an account.
Deleting the app or clearing this browser’s site data deletes the on-device diary. Without an account we cannot restore it.
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the bundled chain catalogs as a competing nutrition API.
The app is provided “as is.” Schill Labs is not liable for dietary outcomes, restaurant errors, or lost local data.
